We are a collective of licensed professionals dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care. Our services include therapy, medication management, holistic options and psychological testing assessments for ADHD, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive support. Serving the entire state of Minnesota, we believe that everyone deserves access to top-quality behavioral health care. Our clinic currently offers telehealth appointments that range from 20 minutes to an hour.
A modern approach
Rather than following the typical approach, we’ve developed a system designed entirely around our patients’ needs. This includes exceptional support from both our administrative staff and providers. At Mending, we offer choices that many clinics don’t, including the ability to easily transition care between providers if you prefer more options. Our team consists of specialists who ensure that every step of your experience meets the highest standards.

Our rates
We are participating with the following insurance plans: America’s PPO/Health EZ, BCBS, Plue Plus, Cigna, Health Partners, Medica, MN-Medicaid, Medicare and Medicare secondary plans, Mulitplan, South Country Health Alliance, Aetna, Triwest/Tricare, Ucare, United Healthcare, and UMR. All claims will be submitted to insurance, unless you want to be private pay.
Copays are paid at the time of service, outstanding balances are expected to be paid within 30 days from billed date, and credit cards are typically placed on file.
Therapy Driven Psychiatry
We offer therapy with medication management, typically involving longer and more frequent appointments. Private Pay ranges from $250-300. These claims are also sent to insurance for payment.
Psychiatric session
Medication Management check-ups are brief (20-40 minutes), with fees billed to your insurance. Private Pay is on a sliding scale: $150 - $250 for follow ups or $300 for a first appointment (up to an hour).
Holistic & Medication Driven Care
Everyone heals in their own way, and for some, holistic treatments are part of that process. All holistic appointments include evaluation and management and are billed to insurance. Private pay ranges from $100-$300.
Injection Therapy
Sometimes what we need is just a little cosmetic injectable to boost our spirits! This is billed by the dose, and out of pocket. The time spent with the provider can be billed to insurance, but the typical rate is between $5-$15 per unit. Mending Mental Health also does this for TMJ, migraines, and other medical reasons.
GLP1 Coaching and Prescriptions
Weight has always been a mental health concern. At Mending Mental Health, our certified providers coach those who might qualify for this treatment and decide which one is the best option for each person. Compounded injections are provided on a monthly basis with all the tools you need to lose weight and keep it off. Cost Varies.
Psychological Testing - ADHD
Insurance covered comprehensive ADHD testing. We offer telehealth testing and results that are compiled into a detailed report and sent to whomever you authorize. If you’d prefer to self-pay, the cost is $1500.
